800 acres.
One working ranch.
One evening.

Sky Drift Texas is being built on a property that is already a working regenerative ranch. Six cabin stays are under construction. On June 13th, for one evening, this land opens its table to a small, carefully selected group.

“You'll walk the land before anyone has ever stayed in our cabins — and sit down to a meal grown under the same sky you're eating beneath.”

This is not a dinner at a venue. It is an invitation into a place still becoming what it will be — and you are being offered a seat before it opens to the world.

Everything you need to know.

Where exactly is Sky Drift Texas?

The property is located in Purmela, Coryell County, Texas — approximately 90 minutes from Austin and 55 minutes from Waco. Detailed directions will be provided with your confirmation. For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend Hotel 1928 or Pivovar Hotel in the area.

Who is cooking? What is on the menu?

The evening is catered by chef Sarah Heard of Foreign & Domestic in Austin — one of the most respected farm-to-table chefs in Central Texas. The menu is a 3-course family-style experience centered on Capra Foods lamb sourced from their Texas ranches.

What if I need to cancel?

No refunds are offered due to the nature of event planning at this scale. However, your seat is fully transferable. Contact us at least 24 hours before the event with your replacement guest's information. In the event of postponement, your reservation is honored for the rescheduled date.

What should I wear?

The evening is outdoors on a working ranch in Central Texas in June. Smart-casual with comfort in mind is recommended. Feel free to add a Texas flare if you'd like! Heels are not recommended on grass and gravel. The atmosphere is elevated but relaxed: this is Texas, not a ballroom.

Will there be photos taken?

Yes — a dedicated photographer and videographer will document the full evening. All guests will be asked to sign a photo/video release at check-in. If you have concerns about being photographed, please note that in your reservation or at check-in.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

The event will be held rain or shine. We have organized contingency plans to keep you warm and dry in the unlikely event of rain or inclement weather.

The land is ready.
